History of the NCA

The Neskowin Community Association was established in 1970. Previous NCA activities included advocating for the political and legislative interests of the community, exploring incorporation of the village, and forming the Water and Sewer Districts.

The NCA is an Oregon non-profit corporation with a volunteer board of directors. NCA’s members are residents and property owners in the Neskowin community.  The NCA supports associate memberships to anyone interested in the community.

NCA envisions a community that respects and protects our environment, honors the cultural wealth of the region, embraces an atmosphere of inclusion, acceptance and belonging, and stands for social justice.
